Location was excellent in the city centre and close proximity to Pisa airport.
Room was a little shabby - nothing like the images on their website!
Good central location superb decor clean and friendly.
Only good think about this hotel is that its not too far from the center....
The hotel was old, but not nicely old but disgustingly old! Room wa terribly small and dirty! The ac was soo loud it was impossible to fall asleep! And with closed windows you could hear every scooter and car so also impossible to fall asleep! And im not even talking about the bed!! Over all the worst night in our life!!
Perfecto...Nicoli...staff and business....Nothing short of supurb!
They would not sell it to me ;)
The staff were great with good English. The location of the Hotel is very good. Very good and rich breakfast.
Our room was dark.
The hotel was close to the sites we wanted to see. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
great location, great views, lots of character
Very run down, room was not comfortable
The location is beautiful, The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.
The noise form the street.
Classy austere decor - marble, dark wood, faded prints. Loved it. Staff friendly, helpful, patient. Would stay again, and recommend it to anyone.
Street noise! Would be hugely improved with some double glazing.
Good location, very nice and helpful staff.
It was bit hot in the room during night
beautifully decorated, friendly staff, after we we acceidentally got a room with twin beds in stead of a double, they were very helpful into changing us into another room
very small bathroom, a bit noisy because of the students outside. Beautiful terrace, but the chairs are quite uncomfortable.
I loved the character of the hotel including all the furniture. The hotel is like a 1950s hotel, but in a very good way. New and modern hotels do not have any of the character of this Royal Victoria and would highly recommend it. Staff were also very friendly and hospitable.
Clients need to appreciate this is a very old hotel with a historic past. It is not in any way luxurious in the modern term, but large rooms and great atmosphere.
History and character of the building.
I was allocated room 312 (3rd floor, right side of the building), and there was excessive noise due to a bar or some late night venue (music and people chatting) on the ground floor outside in the alley/corridor. This may not be associated with the hotel, however, the sound echoed up and into my room - the windows and internal shutters do not close properly as they are old, and thankfully I had some ear plugs. Not good.
The building is an old one, very classy and stylish. The corridors, different public rooms and the terrace already make a good italian mini trip. We were staying there on May 19, and there was a painting exhibitionof an Italian artist inside the old kitchen room. The setting combined old kitchen apparatus and the gorgeous paintings were a nice surprise for the stay!
